The following bylaws for the Lamplight Community Garden describe the structure, operations, and decision-making of the Garden. In addition, the Garden will comply with the property management rules of the Austin Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) and of the Lamplight Community Garden is made possible through the efforts of the volunteer leadership of the Lamplight Community Garden; initial sponsorship by the Sustainable Food Center, continued support from Austin Parks and Recreation Department and Austin Park Foundation; through plot lease fees and membership dues paid by gardeners; and through generous donations from neighbors and local businesses.
